Hi all, I was just wondering about Pierce always appearing on a lot of talk shows but I never seen him on Oprah. Am I right about this? I know I have heard his name being mentioned but just never seen him as a guest. It would be fun to have him on Oprah and almost all the other celebrities have been on the show. Just wondering.....

PB was on Oprah in 1997 to promote Dante's Peak. I don't know if he was on other than that.

Really? I never knew that. It was not listed in Imdb. But it's great to know he's on oprah. Thanks Ace! Any recollection on how the interview went? I'd love to know if you can tell me... I hope he'll be a guest again to promote his upcoming films.

The IMDB talk show info is very incomplete. Most all his older appearances aren't listed and many of his more recent ones aren't listed either. I think he's listed as being on The Tonight Show with Jay just twice, but he's been appearing on it since the early 90s and with Jay, ditto Letterman that he's been on since Steele, and he's been on the View several times etc etc. The Oprah interview was a actually posted online a few months ago on Pierce Brosnan Pictures Board by it's expired now. It went well though it was rather choppy in her interviewing style, she jumped from one thing to another without much transition. T It lasted about 10-15 minutes. The best part was the Muppets anecdote and clip and the story about one woman on the show gawking so hard at Pierce that when she went to sit down she completely missed her chair and hit the floor.

Thanks so much Ace! About the show, the woman really hit the floor?! Was that on the Muppets or Oprah or just a story? Haha that's hillarious but poor thing that she hurt herself gawking at Pierce.... ;D She must be so embarrassed.

Oprah was describing what had happenned right before the show. The funniest part is that Pierce didn't even notice her gawking or that she missed her chair because of him. Oblivious. Ace
