So I finally got a chance to flip though her book (actually reading quite a bit of it) for any RS mentions. There isn't much though the book as a whole though is a good read, she's had quite the life. She mentions PB and SZ as a couple of the many attendees over the years to her "Greed Parties" (they happen around X-Mas) and an instance with the lighting guys on High Flying Steele where confrotning her poor lighting with calm reasoned concern got her lovingly lit like a movie star for the rest of the show and this piece from pp 287

He charms people even when they are at the saddest, lowest points. I'm in love. What a guy!

Last week, I went to our public library's semi-annual book sale and I found Doris's book for $2, on top of a pile of books in a box under a table. It was just peeking out at me as I passed by. So I couldn't resist buying it. Now I need to read it, although I did skim it for pictures and mentions of RS, PB, and SZ. To the best of my knowledge, she mentions SZ only once! In reference to the Christmas Greed Parties. At least, that's how SZ is listed in the index. There's a cute picture of SZ, DR, and PB together.
