Interesting that all the clips from his show are now free since they sell them on DVDs separately at outrageous but usual TV episode prices of about $25. The Sunset interview is actually available as an extra on the film DVD and that DVD costs less than the Rose standalone DVD for it. Have you tried to clip at Rose's site? I'm wondering if there's a sync problem like at Youtube where the sound is off by a few seconds.

Yes I've tried the clips, they worked okay but I'm not sure if they can be downloaded. I never realized that the interview is in the ATS DVD. Thanks, I'll go check it out. I hope my comes with extras!
Ace, are you having problem downloading videos from youtube? I can't seem to use the Firefox videodownloader to download clips now. I think Youtube has disabled the free function.

I'm still able to download clips with Foxfire and Download Helper, but I did have to upgrade to the newest version today to get it to work.

It just figures that after I shelled out those $ 25 for the Charlie Rose Show DVD (hardly value for money imho), it's up for download everywhere. Ah well. I have the same download issue with YouTube. I checked for updates, but there aren't any availble. Usually, they pop up automatically and I just have to 'OK' the download. Very weird. Maybe there'll be an(other) update later on. So far I have to assume that I have the latest version and still can't download from YT.

Well at lest your copy is in sync and in pristine DVD. I just got an update for Downloader last night (haven't tried downloading since) I think 2.4.1 Checking your link Sparkling you're several updates behind . Firefox should be automatically finding new ones and asking you to update when they get them.

Thanks for the right one. Usually, Firefox gives me these updates automatically, as you say.

Oh that's just fun! Riding horses, playing pool! You know, just to prove it's still manly. Alas, he's dubbed in French but you can't have everything.

Hi all! You probably know this one already but as I did not come across it here, I thought I could post it. Pierce at Jonathan Ross is one of my favourites ... especially the part when they talk about Pierce's leading ladies Part 1: Part 2: Enjoy it!

Does anyone know whether - and if so where – (one/some of) these interviews can be watched online? Or does anyone know where transcripts can be found?
Thanks for your help!
