Maybe it's even more "regional" than regional then. I think the store is based in Louisiana.

Film Review (UK)August Issue: Pierce Brosnan • The ex-007 heads for the hills in new Western Seraphim Falls and tells us why he’s glad he left James Bond behind (hopefully there will be very little about Bond and more about the actual film he's in!)

Thanks Ellen. I've never read this article before. And it's nice to see a couple of those photos without watermarks.

people.monstersandcritics.com/news/article_1385672.php/Pierce_Brosnans_green_kitchenPierce Brosnan's 'green' kitchen By Stone Martindale Jan 9, 2008 Pierce Brosnan is famous for many outstanding roles in his career, yet many may be surprised to find out he knows his way around a kitchen. Brosnan dished about his favorite foods. The Irish actor revealed his comfort food cravings: "Potatoes-baked, mashed, roasted and boiled, or fried with cold sliced tomatoes. I could eat them every night of the week. I can't live without a good potato. And Irish soda bread, hot from the oven with lashings of butter." The actor is keenly proactive in areas of conservation and practices green kitchen consciousness. Brosnan shared his eco-tips with reporter Bekah Wright in the February 2008 issue of Bon Appetit. "Compost scraps - from banana peels to coffee grounds - and green waste. Purchase a turntable composter and start a gree waste pile that can fortify your garden naturally. Purchase all-natural organic cleansers, recylced paper products, organic cotton, and non GM) (genetically modified organism) food products. Brosnan delights his family with a special treat he whips up for them. "Crepes with Meyer lemon juice and raw brown sugar on Sunday mornings." The full article can be found in Bon Appetit, February 2008.

Yummy! I love that he is so Irish still. The Irish believe no meal is complete without some form of potato dish.

I love these pictures! And as a lover of Pomeranians, it's cool seeing them with PB here. The way that the dog was looking at him in that last one led me to wonder what the poor little thing was thinking! LOL!
Thanks for finding these, Ace!
