I did, Ace....about the last third of it. Turned it on just in time to hear that woman say she didn't care for guys with "hairy chests who wear a necklace." She doesn't know what "hot" is!!! I'd take him any day of the week! That chest is the best! Donna

The funniest part was when they were talking about the film was a dream of retirement and the chef said it's his dream toa T -- down to the Bahamas and Pierce. (not Salma, LOL!)

Did anyone else see ATS on Dinner and a movie? They didn't make the truffle but sticky fingers (fish). Best tidbit -- the regular chef on the show saying not only agreeing with his co-hosts that Pierce Brosnan is the coolest name and man but the "nicest guy in the world". He said Pierce and his family used to come into his restaurant in the 80s every week. Hmm... Missed this post earlier. Are you implying we shouldn't have muted the TV during those commercial breaks?

During the commercials yes, but never during the cooking segments. They're the best reason to watch a film on TV that one already owns on TV. Ace

I haven't seen the Biography '10 Best Hottest Men' special. My guess is it's probably an editing of pre existing episodes with some new voice over/intros. But maybe they've added new clips - I just don't know.

Unfortunately, my husband can't stand them, er, female lead in those cooking segments, and the main reason I usually watch a film I already own on DVD is because he already turned it on. It's different with ATS, but I must admit I'm not that crazy about the woman, either.

Actual cooking? None. I don't like the new woman either. I miss the brunette one -- she was very funny. The blonde-- not funny at all.

See? Peace in the family is definitely more valuable. Besides, I wouldn't be able to hear anything because of his complaints anyway.

Oh, goody! I love watching TCA on public channels and be able to complain about the cuts! Nothing beats NBC, though. "I nailed 4 women in 3 days."

Hey at least he still got to say nailed. If it was PAX it would have been cut all together or he'd have been just been "cuddling" those women. Don't forget you also have The Discovery Channel to watch on Sunday.

Hey, NBC cut the glider scene and I think part of the dancing scene to make the transaction to the immediately following breakfast more smooth snd seamless. Ohhh... I don't suppose they'll repeat chapter 1...? Rhetoric question; I'll check myself. Was there a lot of PB? The important thing is not to forget to watch TNT, though. Why can't they show it in HD?

TNT is showing it in HD, check your local listings. Some claim though they'll still use the pan and scan cut and you'll get black side bars which is too bizarre if true but nothing surprises me anymore. I don't get Discovery so I don't know how much narration there was but I assume they let him talk some. I'm sure they'll repeat soon-- not this week but maybe in the next couple of months since this series is one of their most popular. Ace

You know, I think I'm missing something. Blue Planet aired on August 19 and 26. Today is the 30th and Discovery isn't showing additional airings for the weekend. I'm sure they'll repeat them eventually, though.
