It is my great, glorious pleasure to share one last tidbit with you as we begin the New Year… On January 8th, I will be winging my way to Purgatory (literally) and while I’m headed to a little town between two towns named Heaven and Hell in Michigan (with exactly 666 miles between them roundtrip), a CD containing the manuscript of “Steele Loved” will be winging its way to the printers. Assuming that they can manage to do their jobs correctly (and this would be a first for them), “Steele Loved” will live up to its name and be delivered on Valentine’s Day. Keep your fingers crossed!!!

Any idea when these books will be "out"? I didn't see any new release date on the website. I"ve lost track of things a bit here...which books are you talking about? The additional hardcovers (or are they already gone?) or the softcovers, or what? This is what I get for being away for so long.

CG, I think she means "both" editions of the book, hardcover and softcover, because they contain the same text and photos, I would imagine. The book was delayed from going to press because of "proofreading", etc., by the prinicples involved, namely Efrem and Stephanie, if I'm not mistaken. Thanks for the update. Heaven, Hell, and Purgatory? Very interesting. I'll have to check them out - round trip.

The limited Hardcover edition run has been raised from 100 to 150 copies (after the original 100 sold out). They can be ordered along with soft cover copies at: www.signingstars.net/steele.htmUm, this link no longer works. It brings one to a page that declares "Impossibile trovare la pagina", which of course looks and sounds more foreboding than Page can't be found. So what are we to believe about these books? Heh? Any thoughts? modified for the usual typo

This is the first I've seen of the new listing for it. I sold the publishing company last week and provided Bear Manor with the artwork. The proof for the book is supposed to be in my hands next week and Bear Manor is supposed to handle the printing and will send the hard covers to me for signing and distribution to those of you who pre-ordered them. I'll get with the owner and see what's going on because I can't imagine the soft covers selling at that price either and they've already been instructed that under no circumstances are there to ever be more hard covers run.

I knew this would be the place to come for information. Thanks so much. Patience is a virtue, patience is a virtue..................... Hey Judith, since you've popped in, any info from Stephanie since Feb? What are you plans after the run of the play is complete? Will she be traveling to New Orleans. Hmmmmm? (wishful thinking)

Actually, I'm going between Michael Gleason and Stephanie for a couple of more days. She's absolutely exhausted and quite drained emotionally. Not only has she lost her mother, but the voice teacher who she thought of as her second mother passed away last week. The most important thing she needs to do after this show ends is get some much needed rest. She won't have much time to do so though. Rehearsals for "Hamlet" start in a couple of weeks.

Thanks for your response, Judith.
Poor Stephanie, she's had such a difficult time lately. So sorry to hear of the death of her voice teacher. All too sad.
I was asking about SZ because I'm trying to decide if I'm interested in attending the TennWilliams Fest this year. If SZ attends, I always schedule her events. If she doesn't attend, I usually attend one or two events or just get a one day pass. This year, while there are a few things I'd like to attend, I'm thinking I might just attend for one day only. SZ is always the added bonus.
When and where will SZ be doing "Hamlet"?

I'll ask her about the festival sometime tomorrow and let you know. I doubt seriously that she's going in as she's got rehearsals for "Hamlet" starting shortly, and those of you planning to see “Hamlet” are about to be in for an extra special treat. It’s going to be Daddy/Daughter time! Efrem was offered and has agreed to take on the roles of ‘the Player King’ and ‘the British Ambassador’. “Hamlet” is playing at The Rubicon Theatre in Ventura, California beginning with previews on April 26th with the premiere opening on Saturday, April 28th. Will let you know when tickets go on sale.
