I would assume since Pierce is still filming in Belgrade that he is headed straight to London... Also, I read on Isabella's Facebook that her mum and dad just recently got married after 26 years together and that Pierce gave Charlotte away... I cant imagine how Pierce must feel to lose his only daughter the same way he did his late wive :-(
My thoughts and prayers go out to the whole family!

I can imagine how much more difficult interviews and invasive the press would have been during all that Love Is All You Need promotion if it was known. |

It's actually good that it was kept out of the press. You're right, Ace, I bet all the recent interviews for LIAYN would have been quite different if the press had known.

By what I'm reading, the fatal news was confirmed. They've taken with extreme discretion, as it should be. These facts concerning the family only. I'm terribly sorry. I understand how bad it will last.He was so young!

Stephanie Zimbalist sent Pierce a note last night after she was told the news. She
received a lovely reply back from him this morning that said Charlotte
definitely had an illness (didn't say what) and that she had suffered
greatly for the past nine months. She's saying prayers for him and the
rest of the family.

I am so shocked to hear of Charlotte's death. It seems doubly tragic because they took such care with her health. The message from her daughter was so terribly sad. My heart goes out to Pierce and the family. Agreed. They were on such alert about her health and very proactive about it and they still couldn't prevent it. I'm not sure if she had a complete hysterectomy, but I know it was discussed after she had her second child. Sadly, there's still a chance one could still get what amounts to Ovarian cancer even after a complete hysterectomy, particularly when one has the genetic predisposition. Tragic. |

I was wondering the same thing, especially since I thought it was kind of weird that Brosnan's children would have public facebook pages, BUT if Stephanie Zimbalist is confirming it, and Bond fan clubs overseas know (and they are good at knowing such things), then alas it must be true.

I was wondering the same thing, especially since I thought it was kind of weird that Brosnan's children would have public facebook pages, BUT if Stephanie Zimbalist is confirming it, and Bond fan clubs overseas know (and they are good at knowing such things), then alas it must be true. I know that Paris' and Isabella's FB pages are real. Also, Paris' Instagram where he postet something... There isnt any public statement on either Chris' or Sean's FB pages (no wonder!). However, i cant find anything on the internet... |

And, honestly, there are times I wonder if his parents are monitoring his posts - but I don't think all of his posts are public. But his letter to Charlotte is one that is visible to everyone - so that's where I got the initial information.
But in his note to Stephanie, Pierce did not mention what Charlotte was suffering from, only that she had suffered these past 9 months. I still have not seen anything posted from official sources like his Facebook page or website, tho.

Someone who knows Stephanie personally is the one who relayed the message to her and then printed her response from Pierce. So I know that piece of information is also true. |

Nine months...it's a hell of a time to suffer, especially since this was when the National Healthcare System started their "reforms" in the UK. I just want to hug him right now.

She was sick much longer i believe. However, there are pictures on Isabella's FB from last May where Charlotte looks pretty healthy (and i was hoping she would make it)! I wish there was anything i could do for them!! My heart is hurting for all of them :-( <3

My dearest Charlotte, yesterday at 5:00 AM I leaned that even the strongest, bravest, and most amazing people pass. My actions nor words may express how much I love you. Life has thought me many lessons, but this one was by far the hardest, that you must appreciate and love the ones you care for like it's they're last day, because sometimes it is and you will never know until it happens. I wish more than anything I could of got to have my last words with you but I guess not.... You were the most amazing woman and a true fighter, an inspiration to never stop fighting the limits for the ones you love even when you know the limits push back. I couldn't stop looking at the picture of you hold me as a new born baby as I looked and cried, I knew you were still with us, I know you will watch over the family ever day.
