Because Ace needs some cheering up and I do, too, after the news from the racing world. I think I'm more bummed that I'll Have Another is retiring from racing than over the potential loss of a Triple Crown. I was really beginning to like that horse and was looking forward to seeing him run as a four year old. That was the plan rather than just sending him straight to the breeding shed. Kudos to his connections for that. Now he's on to the business of putting foals in mares a bit sooner than they hoped.
Oh, well. Back to the cheering up. Cuteness squared.

Thanks, I needed that. Soooo adorable - gotta love that dive right into the bowl. though maybe a tad cruel by his parents making him go down that scary staircase. A real shame about I'll Have Another, especially since they were actually going to race him. But good to see they put the welfare first and didn't try and run him.
