Celebrity sketches: Doodles by Hollywood legends raise money for charity after hanging on restaurant walls for decades

Ever wondered whether your favourite actor had any other creative talent?
Check out these works of art from Hollywood's leading men and women and you'll see some are certainly better than others when it comes to drawing.
Former 007 Pierce Brosnan shows some skill with an intricate picture of a Buddha [Not a Buddha at all - it's a Queen Of Hearts Theme], director Woody Allen kept it simple with a black and red heart, and Golden Globe winner Geena Davis penned a cute dog.
Not quite so impressive is the legendary Clint Eastwood's effort entitled The Tunnel Of Love.
Little better is comedian Steve Martin's rather childlike picture of a clown and Spartacus actor Kirk Douglas, who clearly knows his limitations, writes beneath his sketch of two faces: 'What did you expect, Van Gogh?'[Douglas famously played Van Gogh]
Other contributors include singer Tony Bennett who drew the Brooklyn Bridge [Evidently never heard Tony's I Left My Heart In San Francisco - it's the Golden Gate Bridge] Saturday Night Fever star and keen pilot John Travolta created an abstract picture of a plane and Whoopi Goldberg etched a woman's face.
The original drawings formed part of a collection which were auctioned to raise funds for the American Heart Association by the late restaurateur Harvey Baskin.
These copies now hang on the walls of Malibu's cliff-top restaurant Geoffrey's, which Baskin once owned.
'We get comments about the pictures every day,' said PR manager Emily Richards. 'They are great fun and a big part of Geoffrey's.'
The restaurant opened its doors in 1948 and quickly became a popular spot for stars including Frank Sinatra, Marilyn Monroe and President John F Kennedy.
Today, it still boasts a celebrity clientele including Selena Gomez, Lindsay Lohan and Pink.
