Does anyone know what he was doing in Japan? I see that Bron was with him and that he's not wearing his wedding band. Perhaps he was shooting a commercial or something?

Pierce isn't in Iron Man 3. The article has him confused with Guy Pearce who is in it.

Can I just say that I love seeing Pierce photographed with his mom! What other big stars do you see regularly out and about with their moms? Having 2 boys myself, I can only hope that they would enjoy my company when they are successful and established in their lives! What a guy!!!
