Conan O'Brien's Twitter Love For 'Remington Steele' Tickles Pierce Brosnan

We've already feted Conan for embracing the comedic potential of Twitter and sending out daily updates about life as a beard-growing, squirrel-interviewing former "Tonight Show" host. "This morning I watched 'Remington Steele' while eating Sugar Smacks out of a salad bowl," he tweeted last week. "I was naked."
Now the smooth talking star of that '80s TV show has returned the love.
"Remington Steele," for those who didn't catch the show's original run or its second life as the inspiration for some cheesetastic YouTube music videos, was a rom-com detective program starring Pierce Brosnan, a con man turned private investigator. The role was a sort of a small screen James Bond, and after years of circling that iconic franchise, he became 007 starting with 1995's "GoldenEye." After all these years later, Conan's clearly still an unapologetic "Remington" fan.
On Monday night at the red carpet for the romantic drama "Remember Me," MTV News had a chance to chat with Brosnan, and of course we had to ask for his reaction to Conan's revelation that he watches "Remington" while in the nude and eating a sugary breakfast cereal.
"He doesn't get out much," Brosnan said with a laugh. "He's a sick boy. Keep taking the medicine — it's okay! Always have good hair, Conan. I've always loved your hair."
