Courtesy of Chayna who transcribed it, was too busy to post it herself, and allowed me to do it.

Vic Armstrong was the subject of This Is Your Life last night. (Thu, Jun 26 - Yuliya) Programme started with bits of Dad and someone driving a Vanquish
around at Pinewood studios. Pics of Arnold Schwarzenegger (sp?) and Charlie's Angels were shown with a voiceover, which then said "He gets the thumbs up from James Bond (shows Pierce blowing a kiss with
his thumb up), Indiana Jones admires his style as well (Harrison Ford saying 'He looks good in a beat-up hat and leather jacket.'). Vic Armstrong was then shown arriving at Pinewood for what he thought was a meeting about the next 007 adventure.
He'd met his wife while being stunt double in Superman and she was stuntwoman for Lois Lane.
Scenes and posters from films he's been involved in were shown with scenes from DAD, then the car chase inside the Ice Palace interspersed with VA talking on how it was going to be done, ending with the chase across the ice when Bond is upside down in the
Vanquish.
Michael Aspel (host): That last scene was from Die Another Day, the most recent outing for James Bond. The man shaken by all that action is in the field at the moment, but was stirred to send this transmission. The name's Brosnan, Pierce Brosnan.
The film shows the back of an empty chair then Pierce throws himself across in front to the camera onto the floor as if fighting someone, and keeps popping up while still 'fighting'. He sits on the chair saying "Get down there" as he stamps on 'someone' off camera, brushes his hair back, then hits 'someone' with his fist.
"How you doing Vic?" laughing. "Just a bit of nonsense just to make you laugh. They got you. They got you with the big, old Red Book. Well it couldn't happen to a nicer man. I've gotta say Vic, I've had the time of my life working on these pictures and thanks to you, you've made me believable in playing this role of Bond". (sounding ever so slightly out of breath while saying this).
VA shown here.
"Working with you and the Action Unit has always been outstanding and it's kinda, it's the backbone to this character and to this movie and I hope you have a great night. Lots of Love, God Bless."
Pierce was wearing an open necked light blue shirt (nothing new there, lol!)
Later Mark Mottram came down a rope from the ceiling.
MA: Mark, Vic taught you the ropes.
MM: He did and I just want to say thanks for putting me in the position to double for Pierce on the Bonds and many other movies and I've had a great teacher. Thanks very much.
VA: And Catherine Zeta Jones (laughing).
MM: And Catherine Zeta Jones - thanks for that. (laughing)
Later the boat chase from TWINE and the car chase across the ice from DAD were shown, then man who drove the Vanquish in that chase came on and they showed a pic of the one he'd smashed up and spoke about that day. He'd gone over to MA afterwards with his tail between his legs and VA had wanted to know if he was alright and told him to take 4 days off to recover.
Michael Wilson and Barbara Broccoli also came on and thanked VA for all the work he's done on Bond and BB said they couldn't have done them without him.
There was also a film of Harrison Ford talking about VA doing his stunts in Indiana Jones films and The Patriot and a phone interview with Martin Scorcese (sp?) about VA working on The Gangs of New York.
