seen it last nite.
1. almost equal screentime between chan n brosnan. 2. both are magnificient in it. 3. brosnan best role since ghost writer. 4. slick action and fight scene. 5. ***1/2/5*

Brosnan isn't looking for a "groundbreaking" role and the audience certainly isn't interested in making a super-star out of him. Had he wanted that, he would've made a Liam Neeson out of himself or resorted to making large appearances in massive media franchise films like in the MCU or the DCEU. He doesn't seem interested and wants to do more laid-back stuff. That's keeping him satisfied and happy. So, let's just leave the man enjoy his life instead of expecting things from him he has no desire to pull off.

So, let's just leave the man enjoy his life instead of expecting things from him he has no desire to pull off. Then the Pierce that we knew is dead then, and this part of our childhood is now a wimp. If he's that happy, why is he resort in those poorly rated stuff? However, I will give him credit for going on a singing bootcamp to prepare for the Mamma Mia 2. Based on his background and history, I know he's better than to have GoldenEye (especially in the action realm) as his one-hit wonder. But if we're going to leave Pierce like this, then I'm afraid that I will no longer be following his work and that I will recognize his early work up to now. I hate to do this, but I chose not purchase his recent work (Urge, Some Kind of Beautiful, and I.T.) though I will still buy The Son.
