Lena Olin is negotiating to join the cast. Pattinson plays a young man whose brother's suicide has split up his parents (Brosnan and Olin) and left him sleepwalking through life. De Ravin will play a young woman who, after watching her mother get killed before her eyes, seizes life to its fullest. Cooper is being courted to play her father. Will Fetters penned the script, with a rewrite by Jenny Lumet ("Rachel Getting Married"). Nick Osborne and Trevor Engelson are producing through their Underground Films banner. De Ravin next will be seen in the Michael Mann-directed "Public Enemies." Brosnan just completed the Roman Polanski-directed "The Ghost" and is shooting the Chris Columbus-helmed "Percy Jackson and the Lightning Thief."

www.empireonline.com/news/story.asp?NID=2497304 June 2009 Three Join Pattinson In Remember Me Brosnan, Cooper and De Ravin lined up Three Join Pattinson In Remember Me Pierce Brosnan, Chris Cooper and Emilie de Ravin are in final talks to join Remember Me, the new Allen Coulter movie starring Robert "R.Pattz" Pattinson (don't worry; we'll wait for you to stop screaming before we continue). The film sees Pattinson play a young man sleepwalking through life after his brother commits suicide and his parents (Brosnan and Lena Olin, should negotiations firm up) split up. De Ravin, on the other hand, is a woman who saw her mother killed but has embraced life as a result; Cooper would play her father. Pattinson and de Ravin form a relationship - but can it survive their respective tragedies? The film is set to be directed by Allen Coulter, of Hollywoodland fame, from a script by Jenny Lumet (daughter of Sidney, writer of Rachel Getting Married) and Will Fetters. Shooting starts in New York in less than two weeks, so if you're in the Big Apple and you hear screaming in mid-June, don't call the police: it's just the fangirls. Helen O'Hara

www.irishcentral.com/ent/Fans-rave-about-Brosnan-as-Pattinson-hides-in-trailer-50239177.html?page=1Fans rave about Brosnan as Pattinson hides in trailer Irish star wins over new fans with smooth moves!
Irish star Pierce Brosnan was a huge hit with fans in New York today as he took time out to pose for photographs and sign autographs. Brosnan, who is filming "Remember Me," in New York arrived back on the set yesterday after a vacation in Hawaii. He plays the father to "Twilight" star Robert Pattinson in the film which shows how the family tries to come to terms with the death of Pattinson's brother. There was tight security in the Irish stronghold of Maspeth in Queens as the burial scenes were filmed in Mount Olivet cemetery. However, Brosnan waved away security and came out to visit with the fans who had gathered there. "You're all here for me," he joked as little Diane Morrisey rushed forward to have her picture taken. Morrissey said she was thrilled to see Brosnan and was also hoping to see Brosnan's co-star Pattinson. However, there was no sign of Pattinson who stayed inside his trailer. Pattinson has been under virtual siege by female fans in New York but Brosnan, who was a huge hit in the Bond movies, takes it all in his stride. Rita Malone from County Cork was there with her daughter Eilish and she said Brosnan was a proper gentleman. "We went downtown yesterday to see him and he was just great, so he was," she said. "He spent about 15 minutes chatting to the fans and posing for the pictures with the children. "It's so nice to see that he's still a true Irish gentleman." Dublin woman Bernice Hughes was similarly impressed. "He might be from County Meath," she said, referring to the inter-county football rivalry, "but he's a total gentleman." "He came out to chat to everyone and asked them what they were doing here. "It's so refreshing to see someone so comfortable with their fame and being so nice."
